So you know how most Final Fantasy games have a dungeon that is based on elements? Sometimes we’ll travel to a fire cavern, other times an ice cavern.
What if each place changed depending on the seasons?
For example, maybe at the beginning of the game, we’re in Summer. From here, we travel through fields, forests, and mountains. But maybe later in the game, we’d see the effects of Winter.
The enemies you encounter would change too. You might see different elemental Bombs in the Summer than you would in the Winter, for example. And your magic would be more or less effective depending on where you are.
The world could be smaller since with every change it would appear as if everything was new. Maybe more of the area would open up as you progress through the game?
It would give the developers a chance to have the dynamic weather impact the world in a meaningful way.
I don’t know, what do you think?
